AI consultancy & automation studio
Reimagine the work
your business still does by hand.
We find where AI genuinely pays off, build it into the tools you already use, and hand it over running. Strategy, automation, agents, retrieval, marketing — and the websites that carry all of it.

We build with
In practice
What one of these actually looks like
An enquiry pipeline, running unattended. Every step logged, and a person still approving the thing that reaches the customer.
- Enquiry receivedWeb form · 14:02
- Enriched & scoredCompany data matched
- Routed to ownerAssigned · CRM updated
- 4Reply draftedAwaiting human approval
A form submission used to mean a person opening two tabs, searching for the company, deciding who should own it, and writing a reply from scratch. Four minutes, if they were not already busy — and often three days if they were.
Now it takes eleven seconds to reach a drafted reply, and stops there. The draft waits for a human, because the first sentence a prospect reads is worth a person’s attention. That is the split we design for nearly everywhere: the machine does the fetching, matching and preparing; the person makes the call.
- Every run recorded, so you can audit any single enquiry months later
- Retries and alerting, so a silent failure is not possible
- Built on your CRM and your accounts — nothing to migrate
First build shipped inside a fortnight
Two weeks at the outside to something working in production. Larger engagements run longer than that, and you get the full number in writing before anything starts.
Fixed fees, defined scope
You know the number before we start. No hourly drift, no invoice that arrives as a surprise.
You own everything
Code in your repository, automations on your accounts, credentials in your hands. No lock-in.
What we do
Six ways we put AI to work
Most clients start with one and grow into the others. Each is scoped and priced on its own — you are never buying the whole menu.
AI Strategy & Roadmapping
Work out where AI actually pays off in your business before anyone writes a line of code.
- Opportunity audit across your real workflows
- Prioritised roadmap with costs and payback
- Buy-vs-build guidance and vendor selection
Workflow Automation
Take the repetitive, copy-paste, someone-has-to-do-it work off your team and hand it to a system that never forgets.
- Automations across your existing tools, no rip-and-replace
- Human approval steps where judgement matters
- Monitoring and alerting so failures surface early
Custom AI Agents & Chatbots
Assistants that know your business, work inside your tools, and hand over to a human at the right moment.
- Grounded in your documents, not the open internet
- Can take actions in your systems, not just talk
- Clear escalation paths and full conversation logs
Data & RAG Systems
Turn the documents, tickets and records your business has been collecting for years into something answerable.
- Search across everything, in plain language
- Answers with citations back to the source
- Permissions respected at the document level
AI Marketing & Content Engines
A content operation that publishes consistently in your voice — assisted by AI, governed by people.
- Voice and messaging captured as a reusable brief
- Research, drafting and repurposing pipelines
- Human review gate before anything ships
Websites & Digital Products
Fast, well-built sites and internal tools — with the AI and automation already wired in.
- Fast, accessible, genuinely well-built front ends
- AI features and booking flows integrated from day one
- You own the code, the hosting and the domain
How it goes
Four steps, no mystery
The engagement is deliberately unremarkable. You always know what happens next and what it costs.
A call, not a pitch
Thirty minutes on where your time actually goes. By the end you will know whether AI is the right instrument for it — including when the honest answer is no.
Audit and prioritise
We map the real workflow, size every opportunity on value, feasibility and change friction, and agree on the one thing worth building first.
Build in the open
Short cycles with something to look at every week. Built on your accounts, with your team watching, so nothing arrives as a black box.
Hand over properly
Documentation, training, monitoring and alerting. We stay on retainer only if you want us to — never because you cannot run it without us.
How we think
Four things we will not compromise on
We will tell you when AI is not the answer
Sometimes the fix is a fixed integration, a better form, or one process change. Saying so costs us a project and earns the next three.
Reliability over demos
An automation that works ninety percent of the time is worse than none, because nobody knows which ten percent to check. We build for the boring case.
A person stays in the loop
Where judgement matters, the system prepares the decision and a human makes it. That split is usually right, and it is the one teams actually trust.
Measured against your numbers
Hours returned, cost per enquiry, cycle time. Not tokens processed or models deployed.
Insights
Writing about the practical bits
No think-pieces about the future of humanity. Things you can act on this quarter.
Questions
The things people ask first
We are not sure AI is right for us yet. Is a call still useful?
That is most of the calls we take. Bring the process that frustrates you most and we will tell you plainly whether this technology helps, whether something simpler would, or whether it is not worth touching yet. There is no follow-up sequence if the answer is no.
How much does an engagement cost?
Strategy sprints and single automations are fixed-fee and sized to the scope. Larger builds — agents, retrieval systems, full websites — are quoted after a short audit so the number is real rather than a range. You will always have the figure in writing before anything starts.
Do we need clean data before we start?
No, and almost nobody has it. Part of the audit is telling you which projects your current data can actually support and which need groundwork first. We would rather sequence around the mess than wait for a tidy-up that never finishes.
What happens to our data?
It stays in your systems. We work on your accounts and your infrastructure wherever possible, use enterprise API tiers that do not train on your inputs, and scope access to only what a project needs. If you have GDPR, ISO 27001 or sector-specific obligations, tell us at the start and we design to them.
Will this replace people on our team?
In our experience it moves them. The work that disappears is the mechanical part of a job, not the job. We are direct with clients about this: if the intent is headcount reduction, say so up front, because it changes how the project should be designed and communicated.
Can you work with our existing developers or agency?
Yes, and often that is the better arrangement. We can run the strategy and hand a specification to your team, or build alongside them. Plenty of clients take the roadmap in-house and only come back for the harder pieces.
Next step
Let’s find the first thing worth automating.
A 30-minute call, no pitch deck. Tell us where the time goes and we’ll tell you honestly whether AI is the answer — and what it would take.
