About
A studio, not a
slide factory.
Reimagine Consulting exists because there is a gap between the businesses that can afford an internal AI team and the ones being sold subscriptions they will never configure. We sit in that gap: strategy that ends in something built, and building that starts from strategy.
“Most companies do not have an AI problem. They have twelve small process problems, three of which happen to be solvable with AI — and nobody has told them which three.”
The premise this business is built on
What we believe
Four positions we hold
The technology is the easy part
Wiring a model to a workflow is a weekend. Getting a team to trust it, designing the escalation path, deciding what happens when it is wrong — that is the work, and it is where most projects quietly fail.
Small businesses were skipped
The last three years of AI investment went to enterprises with data teams and to consumers with chat apps. The 20-to-200-person company in the middle got demos and pricing pages. That gap is why we exist.
Deletion beats automation
The cheapest workflow is the one you stop doing. Before we automate anything we ask whether it should exist. Sometimes the deliverable is a shorter process and a smaller invoice.
Dependency is a failure mode
A consultancy that makes itself impossible to leave has optimised for the wrong thing. We document, train, hand over credentials, and are genuinely fine if you never call again.

Replace this block with your bio
Add two or three short paragraphs here: your background, the work you did before this, and the specific experience that makes you credible on AI and automation. Name real systems you have built and real problems you have solved.
Keep it concrete. “Twelve years in operations at a logistics business, the last four automating the parts of it that were killing us” beats any list of adjectives. People buy consultancy from a person, and this is the section where they decide.
You work directly with the people building your systems. There is no account layer between you and the work.
Fit
We would rather be right than busy
Turning down poor-fit work is the single biggest quality lever a small studio has. Here is where we land.
Good fit
- 10–500 people, with a process that visibly hurts
- One decision-maker who can approve scope
- Willing to change how the work is done, not just add a tool
- Wants to own what gets built
Probably not a fit
- Looking for the cheapest possible hourly rate
- Needs a system that is right 100% of the time with no human review
- Wants AI mentioned in a press release more than in a workflow
- Cannot give access to the people doing the work
Sectors
Where the work tends to come from
The underlying problems rhyme across industries — intake, triage, assembly, chasing, lookup. Sector knowledge matters for language and compliance, not usually for architecture.
Next step
Think we might be a fit?
One call is usually enough to know. If we are not the right people for the problem, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
